By placing an order with Swiftsellstore®, you acknowledge that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to the policies listed below.

Return Policy

Our return policy is active for 30 days from the day your product arrives. After this period, we’re unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

We take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our products and stand behind their quality. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, we will replace it at no extra cost.

Please be aware that due to the customized nature of our products, availability may vary. The actual product may slightly differ in color from the images due to lighting or display settings — an acceptable variance of up to 20% is considered normal.

Returns

We only accept returns for items that were shipped incorrectly or damaged due to our error. To initiate a return, please have your proof of purchase handy.

Please note, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email regarding the status of your return. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear.

If you haven't received your refund after this time, check with your bank or card issuer, as processing may take up to 5 business days. If the issue persists, reach out to us at support@swiftsellstore.com

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t been processed yet, verify your bank account details and reach out to your card issuer or bank, as processing times can differ. If you’ve followed these steps and still don’t have your refund, contact us at support@swiftsellstore.com.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned for a refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted only in cases where the product is faulty or damaged due to our error during production or shipping. If you’d like to request an exchange, please email us at support@swiftsellstore.com with the details of the issue. We'll review your case and provide a return address if needed.

Evidence for Returns or Replacements

To process your return or exchange, we will need supporting documentation. Please provide the following images for verification:

  • Incorrect Item Received: Photo of the incorrect item, along with a picture of the shipping label.
  • Size Issues: Picture of the shipping label, product measurements with a ruler, and a photo of the size tag.
  • Damaged or Broken Items: Photo of the damaged item and the shipping label.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at support@swiftsellstore.com within 2 hours of placing the order. We will confirm the change once it is made. After this window, the order will be locked for processing, and cancellation is no longer possible.

Please note that a 1.5% transaction fee will apply for cancellations. If you choose to replace your order with a new one, the original order will be canceled, and we will issue a full refund.
